Sample Photograph
What are the specifications of the photographs to be submitted with application forms?
1. Recent Passport size coloUr photograph [35x40 cm] [three] showing frontal view of your full face taken against
white background above neck.
2. The Photograph must be of high quality with no marks.The Photograph must not be computerized.
3. The photograph taken up with digital camera must be high quality colour.
4. In case a person wear glasses or spectacles then the photograph must show the EYES clearly with no flash
reflection off glasses & no tined lenses (avoid heavy frames).
5. Make sure that the frame donot cover any part of your EYES.
6. Head Coverings are not allowed accept the relegious reasons i.e no caps or hats are allowed.
7. The Photo must show the person alone i.e. no chair backs or toys or other people visible looking at camera with
a neutral expression and mouth closed.
8. The Photo must show the EYES open and clearly visible - no hair accross the EYES.
